Time to generate reports greatly increased after CRD update

Hi,

Using CRD Seven - Small Business Edition. Upgraded to latest build on Friday, 10/24. Starting on Saturday, 10/25, the time to deliver reports has almost doubled.
Here are the time comparisons:
DATE Rpt 1 Rpt 2 Rpt 3 Rpt 4
21-Oct 8 23 12 9
22-Oct 7 23 14 9
23-Oct 8 23 13 8
24-Oct 9 24 14 9
25-Oct 15 30 27 16
28-Oct 15 45 30 17
29-Oct 45 48 29 21

We checked the server after discovering this, shut down some processes, and re-ran the reports. Results added to chart below.
DATE Rpt 1 Rpt 2 Rpt 3 Rpt 4
21-Oct 8 23 12 9
22-Oct 7 23 14 9
23-Oct 8 23 13 8
24-Oct 9 24 14 9
25-Oct 15 30 27 16
28-Oct 15 45 30 17
29-Oct 45 48 29 21
29-Oct 18 47 27 18

So we got some improvement once we shut down the extra processes, but not much. Has anyone experienced a slowdown after installing the latest version?
Thanks!

    *krpurcel,

If you don't mind our asking, what type of data driver are you using to connect to your database? (you can find this in the "ODBC Data Source administrator" in Windows)

*We have not noted any widespread issues of reports doubling in run-time after upgrading. There may be something more specific going on that either isn't fully taking advantage of the updated features, or is slowing your processing time. One key place to look would be in the multi-threading settings for the scheduler in Options.
I recommend logging a support ticket so that we can take a more in-depth look at your system and any potential causes for this significant increase.

Thanks, and we look forward to hearing from you.
