Requirements for Activation
Your SQL-RD license must be currently in maintenance to allow activation of any installations. If you are not in maintenance, and you desire to activate your installation, you will need to renew your Annual Maintenance.
Note: You must have Internet access in order to Activate. If you do not have internet access, you will need to log a support ticket to have your license activated manually.
How to Activate SQL-RD
To begin activating SQL-RD, go to the Resources tab, then click on Activate.
Alternatively you can access the Activation wizard by going to Start --> Programs --> ChristianSteven Software --> Registration and Activation Wizard.
SQL-RD will now close and the scheduler will stop. Click 'OK' to continue.
Enter in your Customer Number and License Number. The Server Name will auto populate for you.
Note: A new License Key is created each year you renew your maintenance. Please ensure you are using the most up to date key.
Tip: Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
The 'Activate' button will then be available to click.
You should receive an 'Activation succeeded' message.
All license information will pre-populate for you. Simply click 'Next'
Click 'Finish' to close the Registration Wizard. You can now open and use SQL-RD as normal.
