Setting Up Ekho

Requirements:

-CRD must be running version 20150707 or later

-Mobile compatibility requires iOS 8.2 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus.   

To complete the Ekho setup, you will need your Customer ID and a functional email address

  1. Open CRD (C:\Program Files (x86)\ChristianSteven\CRD\CRD.exe)
  2. In the View section of the “My Servers” ribbon, click the Ekho icon next to Outlook


  1. This will open the Ekho Service window


  1. If you have not yet registered your email address and Customer number, please click the Register button


  1. Your Customer ID will be copied from your CRD options (if not, please enter your Customer ID)
  2. In the second textbox, enter your email address
  3. Finally enter the password that you will use to log into Ekho, then verify by entering a second time
  4. Click OK, and you will receive a prompt that a verification email will be sent


  1. You will receive an email, subject: “Please verify your email for Ekho”. Click the confirmation link to open your browser to a success confirmation


  1. Return to the Ekho Service window
  2. Enter the newly confirmed email and password
  3. Click the “Sign In” button to access the Ekho Management area. Here you can manage users, as well as servers linked to your Ekho account
