Crystal Report Fields



Crystal Report Fields allow you to use the values of Crystal Report Fields in your CRD schedules. The use of these needs to be enabled on a report basis. The following shows how to enable Crystal Report Fields in a Single Schedule.




Once enabled, Crystal Report Fields are available for use from the Insert Function.





You can use Crystal report fields to place report data in your outputs, giving recipients a quick glance at information in the report.




Note: fields will need to be in use in the report in order for the data to be imported.





Please note that enabling Crystal Report Fields will greatly increase the amount of time it takes to export the report. If you are not using Crystal Report fields you should make sure this is left unchecked.
